Welcome to the website of the Vermont Dental Assistants Association (VDAA), the professional association for dental assistants in Vermont. The VDAA is the state affiliate of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA).

VDAA represents all aspects of dental assisting in Vermont:

  • TDA - Traditional Dental Assistants
  • CDA - Certified Dental Assistants
  • EFDA - Expanded Functions Dental Assistants

The goals of the VDAA are to advance and enhance the dental assisting profession in Vermont. To further our goals we provide information on:

  • VDAA governance, mission and news
  • Vermont dental assisting schools
  • Continuing education opportunities
  • Special event notices and news
  • Legislative issues affecting our profession
  • Links to national and state associations, as well as other useful information
  • How to become a member

We encourage all Vermont dental assistants to become a member of the VDAA to further your career and mission of the VDAA. From routine care to more specialized procedures like the dental implant process, your expertise is greatly valued. We welcome members to join our Executive Board to help guide the VDAA in fulfilling our mission .
